Check-in was awesome with a very friendly associate who upgraded our room at no charge. Everything was clean and in working order. The Hilton beds and pillows help me to sleep like a baby. The location was very convenient to a lot within walking distance and felt very comfortable and safe. Overall good stay.

Terrible experience. I was placed in the worst room EVER, and only know that to be true because my family also stayed at the same hotel, at the same time, with better accommodations. I reached out to the front desk, the guy said he would look into it..but didn’t. My toilet in the crappy room broke..twice. Housekeeping stacked our bathroom with towels, but didn't clean it, nor did they make our bed. Awful, awful, awful.

Hotel looks very nice but the staff is not prepared or super friendly. It seemed as they are understaffed as well. 1 out of 2 elevators was broken the whole time making it very inconvenient to go up and down. Valet not available when you come back at night so you had to go to a parking like a block away and walk back, in the cold and with kids it wasnt too nice to do that.
