Hampton Inn & Suites Baltimore/Aberdeen

It’s a good experience, will recommend friends and other family members to stay if they visit this area.

Other than children left unattended the stay was great Little league was going on @Ripken Stadium and the parents let them run wild throughout and destroy whatever they wanted from the hotel to the parking lot. I will never stay again during league season

Overall met expectations for a Hampton Inn & Suites. Very clean including clean bedding. Friendly & helpful staff, recommended a great bar & grill/restaurant across the street with great food. I was disappointed that the indoor pool water temperature was too cool and there were no microwave in the room. It did have mini fridge & coffee maker. We had an “accessible “ room which overall was larger and set up well for a wheelchair except the shower entry was not level as shown in the picture online. There was a bench seat on low tub and pull down shower hose/handle. So thankfully it was not my wheelchair bound family member with me this time, just an elderly mother who could manage. Felt safe, slept great, so it was a good experience.

The mattress and pillows were not up to par with all of the previous Hampton’s we’ve stayed at. They were old and in need of replacement. Most disturbing was the fact that kids were running up and down the hallways until midnight purposely kicking doors and creating havoc. In addition there was a man who hung around the lobby talking to staff the entire night. Although they told him to go to his room several times, he would not. Staff was frustrated. Security is needed at this hotel.
