People stomping around upstairs. Found 3 cockroaches (babies) in the bathroom. Floor a bit sticky.

We had children running around all night right above our hotel room!! We called down to complain and nothing happened. Then early this morning say 5:30 am those same children were running around in their room again. If we got 3-4 hrs sleep we were lucky 🍀 will not stay here again!!! Staff didn’t seem to care

Having a door to separate the space between our bedroom and the living area was wonderful when traveling with children.

I was frustrated when checking in due to the fact your rep booked the wrong room for me & my family. But after a few phone calls & working with the front desk we were able to switch to a room that accommodated my family. Plus the compensated is due to the confusion. Kudos to you Expedia!

The friendly and helpful staff are what set this place apart for me. It was refreshing to stay somewhere that the staff seem to enjoy their job and are willing to help with a smile on their face. It was very clean, the coffee was good, and the pool was open late(which my kids appreciated).

Everything was great !! Except for pool .... Some guests with small children not watching them and letting them block pool stairs .

when i visit family, this is the place I stay. Nice staff, free breakfast and coffee, a small gym, comfy beds and pillows, quiet. Love it.

The staff would not accommodate a request to keep rooms together to be near family. Bathroom was dirty with hair in the shower still.

Rooms were badly kept and dirty - my mother's room had a ring around the bathtub that she had to clean before taking a shower, and the toilet was not working properly. The parking lot is small and we got back late with a toddler, and my mother who has terrible arthritis, the parking lot was full due to some comedy club event - not even hotel guests. We were told we - the paying guests - had to park in the mall parking lot across the road. We couldn't temporarily leave a car to unload and wait for a space (leaving plenty of room for vehicles to drive through, therefore not a fire hazard) - we were immediately threatened we'd be towed. The woman on duty that night had a terrible demeanor and was EXTREMELY rude. She didn't care when informed there were at least 3 cars taking up 2 spaces each, didn't offer to see if they were guests to ask them to move their car. We'll never be going back to this hotel again.

My room was nice, comfy and had everything we needed for our weekend stay. Mrs. Barb in the dining area was awesome, very friendly and personable. She accommodated all of the softball players and their families by having breakfast out early. She was welcoming and did all she could could to provide anything that was needed. I am no where close to a clean freak but my room could have been cleaner. I was in the bathroom and noticed a clump of something near the tub. I wiped it with tissue and it was a pile of dirt and hair that was pooled in the corner. After that i noticed the floor in the room and bathroom were not clean. The front desk people were nice and very quick when we checked in. Overall it was a nice stay.
