Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Gambrills

The General Manager, Diana, took extra care to meet the needs of my special needs family member. The hotel staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Thanks!

We were up to visit family for Easter. Never stayed at Microtel before. Only two things bothered us. We had inly a bar of soap, the size if a pat if butter, to wash or hands and our body. The breakfast buffet always seemed to be lacking when we would go down. We will stay again but bring body wash and breakfast items

The staff was very nice. When I had a question they answered/helped with no problem. The hotel/room was clean and spacious. I have family in Gambrills and will continue to stay at this location every time I visit. I enjoyed my stay.

My family visits this property often because of the cleanliness and staff, but also the various options of dining, shopping and everything is in walking distance. Love it!!

I will stay at this facility again as I visit family in Gambrills or another Microtel in another city...

Really happy with the location, room size, and cleanliness. No real issues to pick apart other than thin walls; luckily it was a family with kids early in the morning instead of something less desirable late-night. Really nice stay, would return - thank you! For my LGBT fam: I came with my boyfriend and everyone was cool there was no “do you need 2 beds, this is a king bed room??” situation at the front desk at check-in.

The room was spacious and clean. My wife and I were there for a week and never found a reason to regret our choice of Microtel. We were there for a grandson's graduation and spent most of our time at gatherings with family and friends, but it is noteworthy that many good restaurants and retail stores were nearby -- many easily within walking distance. And Microtel's location provides an easy hop to Annapolis or Baltimore. We will no doubt stay there again when we come up from Florida to visit family. It is win-win for us -- we are not underfoot in our sons' homes, and we avoid the need to negotiate stairs to second floor guest rooms.

We checked in and they gave us the wrong room. we went back downstairs and they gave us the correct room. Then the keys didnt work. Had to go back to the front desk. The next day we left our room to go get breakfast, the selection was incredibly poor for us having to pay $130.00 for a room. Went back to our room and the keys didnt work again. So having a baby in my hands and our food and having to walk back down stairs AGAIN was quite ridiculous. Would not recommend staying here.

We were very pleased with the area this hotel was in. It was so close to great groceries, restaurants and shops. It felt new, clean and just right for a one night stay, picking up family in the early morning at BWI.
