Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Annapolis, MD

This hotel was nice and staff was quiet. Not too cordial but not mean either. The room was clean and the pool appeared clean but my whole family came down sick after swimming in it. Except me I didn't swim. We all ate the same food so I can only think maybe they got norovirus from the pool? It ruined our trip. I can't be sure if that's what caused it. Otherwise seems like a nice hotel. Breakfast had a good variety and included bacon, eggs yogurt, cheese, waffles, pastries, cereal, apples, oatmeal, juice, coffee. The breakfast room was big with wrap around window view to trees. Our room was a standard double bed. Bed on the harder side. Pillows were good. Small fridge, Microwave. There was a DVD player too. There is a park trail (forested) you can access by walking to it via sidewalk. Trail itself is not paved and moderate difficulty. It's a short walk up the street to get to. We didn't get to check it out because we had a stroller.

We booked a small suite for a trip to see family and friends. This hotel was clean, quiet, and close enough to everything we needed. The complimentary breakfast also was great -- eggs, bacon, waffles, etc.

From the moment we stepped through the door we were treated like family. Spacious rooms with everything you could want and breakfast with so many decadent choices.

There was a larger family gathering all weekend long that were extremely noisy. They staff talked to the group a few times but that didn’t stop their loud behavior. On Saturday night, the group brought their gathering outside on the porch. I had to talk to the group myself at 1:50am because. Two night of being awakened up. Not a good experience.

There was nothing to dislike about the property. Breakfast room was large and comfortable for small and large groups, i.e., couples and families.

Large, clean room. Covered front porch with rocking chairs and benches. Free coffee, tea, water, and cookies in the lobby at all times. Amazing breakfast. Beautifully decorated. Large, cozy, lobby area with books, magazines, and dvds to rent. Ive stayed at 5 different hotels in the past 3 months and have been disappointed with every one. I had started just assuming that this was how hotels are nowadays and was going to deal with it. But now I know some hotels and staff are still going above and beyond for their visitors. Only downsides: Indoor pool was closed during our stay, but that was just because our trip didnt line up with their summer pool hours. Not sure why it has to be closed 2 days out of the week. But it didnt affect us too much because we had plenty to do outside the hotel. Only 2 very small trash cans in the room. We had a suite with 2 queens and a pullout couch for our large family, I would think there would be a larger trash can LOL. Shower drain kept backing up, but I was having trouble figuring out the drain plug so it could have very well been an error on my part All in all, if those 3 small things were the only downside, I'd stay here again and again.
