I would stay here again if in town. We came for a family visit w our two kids. All was fine except the mini fridge was MINI and did not have a freezer. We travel with medication and food for my daughter w health issues and allergies. It’s always VERY frustrating not to have a freezer to put my freezer packs. The front desk did take them and found a freezer for me, but it’s just added time and steps. Beds were fine. Bathroom small for a family of 4. No ice machine on the 3rd floor. It was fine, but not your typical Double Tree experience. Very conveniently located with Target and many shops, restaurants nearby.

My husband and I stayed last night for a mommy and daddy’s night out before our baby is born and we had a great stay. The room was very clean, the Annapolis Town Center is right around the corner with great shopping and dining options, and the area is very nice. The staff was friendly, hands out warm cookies at check-in & there’s a nice restaurant right in the hotel. Would definitely recommend!

Let me start by saying if I could give the staff a million stars I would. They were all very kind and hard working. However there was one huge problem. The hotel had a huge mold smell as we walked back to the elevators. It’s very humid so I kind of ignored it. Then the next day I notice black mold growing on the walls of the bathroom. Then we noticed wall paper peeling and when I peeked behind it, there was again mold. The windowsill also had mold all around the frame. And the air conditioner was filled with what I am hoping is dust. That isn’t a staff issue, it’s an ownership issue. I would also say if you don’t love Fox News and listening to people talk about politics non stop this is not for you. We have a multi cultural family and the other guests were not always very friendly in that regard. Again the staff was nothing but wonderful. Especially Carlos in the bar.

Check in was excellent We stayed in room 279 - it was noisy - sounded like the washer : dryer was running and banging over top of this room. It woke up my grand children in the morning. The hotel need some up grades it’s seems outdated.

We had a junior suite which was not a suite by my definition. It was a larger room with a couch sitting at the foot of the bed. The couch was filthy (my son had to sleep on it), there was what looked like a blood stain on the floor next to the bed and the room was dirty (hair in the shower , my feet were dirty from just walking around the room, etc) We selected the more expensive suite because our son was joining us and we had our dog with us. I did report the condition of the room to the front desk and they offered for us to change rooms but like I said I had our dog with us and a ton of luggage as we were heading on to a wedding later in the week. I stay here everytime I come back to visit MD as we moved a few years ago and this was by far the worst experience I have ever had.

Was there for some family activities surrounding the graduation of a great-nephew from the Naval Academy, so it was convenient to all locations and the Sandy Point State Park

I always stay at this Doubletree whenever I am in MD. It’s super clean and usually very quiet. Unfortunately this trip I was placed in a room by the highway and on my second night a huge multi room family came in and proceeded to slam doors and scream to the top of their lungs back and forth to communicate with each other. Other than my bad luck this time with room placement, the hotel itself is awesome and I will definitely continue booking there in the future.

Nothing unique. Disappointed with what was represented on website. Wè thought our king size room which showed a sofa would accomdate the three adults in our family. No sofa and we were told no cots available. Thought breakfast was included, nope. We were told free breakfast came at other hotels that charged less. Guess we'll stay somewhere else in the future

Has to deal with kids crying and slamming of doors up until about 3 am. Had to eventually get earplugs from the front desk
