We had a family gathering on Sunday so we decided to spend the night before so we didn’t have to drive 4 hours with a 1 year old. The room was very nice. We got the choice of a first floor room. The pool was clean and not crowded. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable but most mattresses aren’t comfortable for me anyways.

Nice hotel for the price but the heat/AC was stuck on it was either freezing or too hot. When I turned it off it wouldn’t shut off. I had a baby sleeping near it in a pack and play so I was concerned about him all night. Very minimal breakfast but ok

I greatly enjoy this location. Conveniently close to several of my favorite locations! Clean, safe, excellent breakfast! Pool & grounds for our children with additional kid friendly locations such as Urban Air, right up the road!

We had a hard time falling asleep because the people above us were very loud. I have 2 kids and i was not happy how late they stayed up because of the noise. We could not fall asleep. Not extra blankets in room for day bed either.

I called in the afternoon of Saturday to see what rooms were available. The front desk told me that there was a king room available but did not mention that it was room 115 (the very first room beside the entrance and front desk). Typically this wouldn’t be an issue. However, they were hosting several families for a basketball tournament and they were having a pizza party in the breakfast area. When I checked in they assured me that it would quiet down soon but it unfortunately didn’t for hours later. I was up until nearly 12am and it was nosey the entire time. I would have stayed elsewhere if I knew how close our room was to the noise. The window in 115 also opens to show the breakfast room (weird spot for a window) so we couldn’t open our window during our entire stay without people staring at us in our room. I usually love the Fairfield but this stay was very disappointing.

We live locally, however, wanted a place for the grandchildren to swim during a cold winter day. The pool could be a little warmer (the kids didn't mind at all). The staff is super friendly and accommodating. Several area restaurants deliver to your door for free and cute little breakfast in the AM

Enjoy our stay for the weekend. What I really liked was the comfort of my bed sleep like a baby. Breakfast was great

I am not a complainer by nature unless it is really bad. We had not been here for a few years and had a really bad experience with our two-day stay. Check-in did not inform us that we had to ask to have our beds made and bathroom restocked due to covid. This hotel no longer goes room-to-room unless you request it. The air conditioner did not bring our room temp down to less than 74 degrees and it was such a hot weekend. I called and someone came to reset the unit and said we should be all set. No difference in temp 4 hours later. Called the front desk a 2nd time and was instructed to bring the control down by 2 degrees only at a time, that I had set it too low for it to work. Come to find out, the unit is motion activated so if you are not in the room, the air conditioner doesn't work. When we arrived back on day 2, we had no fresh towels and no bath tissue and I had to call to for restock. We were 5 people total, traveling with 3 grandkids. Requested a cot. No longer do cots, only air mattresses. Had to blow it up ourselves and I was laying on the floor both nights because the mattress did not stay inflated. Bathroom door did not stay closed and fan did not work so it was wet and humid in our room. The hot-tub does not work also. The breakfast is nothing to brag about and that was something else that we loved about this hotel before the remodel. The desk manager did give me a partial refund that I was happy with but I will not take a chance on this ever happening again.
