We had a great stay at this hotel. The stuff was amazing. They brought anything we asked for immediately. Me and my husband were traveling with 3 kids all 15. Good locations not far from Acadia NP. Very clean! Had all we needed. The breakfast was good, the kids LOVED. The chocolate croissant and waffles. We would stay there again.

The property was great place to stay while visiting Acadia National Park. The room was clean and just right for 5 of us to stay, there was plenty of space. I wish that there was body wash for the shower instead of bar soap, and some hand & body lotion would've been nice as well. The breakfast was good, there were plenty of options for us but the coffee didn't taste very good. The pool area was spacious and my kids enjoyed the pool.

This was a great set up for our family of four for a basketball tournament weekend. We stayed in a two queens/sofabed room with a kitchenette. Pros: breakfast included, cookies in the lobby, space in our room, a treadmill in good repair, friendly staff. Cons: the sofabed was pretty uncomfortable/saggy, quiet hours didn't seem to be enforced (kids up and loud in the halls until almost midnight).

The property is u see extensive renovation and is not safe or fit for guests. Broken tile floors, shop vacs running and spraying dust in the air… I had to take my asthmatic child out of there shortly after checking in. The place is a semi-deserted haunted house of bad renovations, at the back of a strip mall. The room labelled ‘tennis court’ is a graveyard of rotten, torn up furniture and piles of dusty garbage.

The hotel was under renovations and we must have been in one of the new rooms. Very nice upgrades!! The kids love the pool too.

This was an older property, but was under renovation, and getting a total facelift. The rooms were unique in that each room had a totally new kitchenette - fully equipped with pots, utensils, and dishes.! We stayed for five days and could not have been happier. Every person on the staff from housekeeping to maintenance to the front desk were so friendly and treated us like family.

The frontdesk staff was friendly and accommodated us during checked in and gave us recommended list of restaurants and places to go. The stay here was comfortable.Our room was accessible to the swimming pool where kids loved. The breakfast staff was so friendly and helpful. The facility hallway and catpet are smelled like mold maybe it is old. Yet overall stay was good. I highly recommend this to all especially with traveling kids like me.

We were put on the first floor since traveling with a family dog. The floor had filthy carpet in the hallway. Our room had mismatched furniture and we were charged $30 per day to clean up after our pet.

I booked this room for my son & hus wife and child. I wasnt there. B ut thry said everone from reception & staff were excellent to them . Only complaint was they expected more of a hot food option at breakfast i.e. pancakes or waffles. Said there was a waffle maker but not waffle batter.

Room was good. Air conditioner didn’t work well, room was stuffy at night. It was a spacious suite for our family of 5. Staff was nice, place was under construction so looked really bad. Also, there were envelopes and tipping QR codes everywhere to tip the housekeepers… I have never heard of such a thing at a simple hotel maybe fancy but not this. This is such a money grab from the owners to pay their employees low wages. Shame shame.
