Couch had wet stains looked like a small child circle stain also out of date . Have stayed here before more than once But want be back.

There were kids running up and down the hall till midnight. They were chasing each other yelling, banging on doors. Don't know if there was a tournament of something going on. Never once heard an adult try to quiet them down. After driving 13 hours I was wanting to get a good night sleep to continue my trip. It didn't happen. TV remote wouldn't turn on or off. No volume control only changes channels.

The hotel was great, unfortunately we were on the same floor as a very loud little league baseball team but noisy kids isn’t the fault of the hotel itself or its staff.

I had a good experience minus the housekeeper. We were gone for my son’s surgery and when we came back a housekeeper had came in and took our dirty towels and tags but left us none. Emptied the trash but didn’t put us new bags in the cans. And only made one bed. It was odd. And an inconvenience for me to have to go ask for trash bags and towels with a baby who was not feeling well from surgery.

Found bugs in one of the beds and bathroom needs a remodeling Housekeeping spwnt 10inutes outside my room discusimg who was f___king who My 7 year old grandchild heard every word

There were bed bugs in a family member’s room, the hotel was hot like the A/C was turned down, and the bathroom didn’t have large towels and even after requesting them from a maid on the floor, I still had to go find some downstairs! And they hold a $50 “service charge” in addition to the rooms cost and use any excuse to keep it without having to prove anything was damaged or marred to such an extent that $50 wouldn’t cover it. A true scam.

Check-in process was horrible. Took 25 minutes due to an in efficient front desk person and only one staff. The hotel had a fire that required us to go outside while they put it out. There was only one employee on site and the firemen could not find anyone to take to or open doors for them. They had to pry open the door to the sprinkler room. We had to move our entire college baseball team and families to another hotel when it wasn't clear if they would open back up.

Good clean room, only two small problems. The bathroom sink faucet was very loose and the water was very weak. Also, the shower floor was very slick and did not have any non-skid appliqués. Breakfast was fine and the overall appearance of the hotel was great.
