Our room had baby roaches!!! The Assistant Manager is a liar! Don't spend your money or time here. The rooms are dark and dreary. The carpet smells like mold. Our shower was coming apart at the seams. Looks like the Maintenance workers tried to seal the breaks up with calk. The lights over the min fridge and microwave didn't work. Neither did the one on my side of the bed. One of the plugs on the other side of the bed didn't work. This hotel has really gone down since the last time I stayed there years ago. It's not worth it to save a dime!! We love to stay by the mall. So we will be staying at one of the other hotels from now on.

Ok property, but unprofessional staff during check in. I shouldn’t hear the details of a potential hookup now that someone is not pregnant like they were afraid of. Some real baby mama / daddy drama. They also seem to think using Expedia places me on a lower tier than a walk-in. I received an email after check in for an additional fee “parking recapture fee.” What is that about?

When I arrived to this hotel the customer service was great. The front counter person was very helpful in finding the right room for me and my family. Housekeeping and the food court was great. The hotel was great for families and the rooms were great also for families. I like the design of the food court it was user friendly and it was easy to navigate through. Helpful staff and wonderful people.
