Loved the 2 room 2 king beds. Perfect for family of 4. Never seen a hotel with 2 king beds before

The hotel was clean and looked exactly like the pictures. The staff were super friendly. They went above and beyond when my husband and I were there for a week due to a family emergency. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The lady that checked me in was definitely on some sort of drug. Over heard another lady at front desk saying the woman was sleeping in a closet. And she misplaced keys and was frantically looking for them. She was not what I wanted to see checking into a hotel. Me and my wife also could not swim in the pool due to a workers kids being to rambunctious in the pool and being in the pool for the whole night. Very unsatisfied will not stay again.

We arrived late. First, Sliding doors had to be opened and closed manually. ELEVATOR out of service. The Long-haired kid behind the counter was nice but had no idea how to do his job. The computer was a task for him. I ask about occupancy the following day he said it was very slow. So, I asked about paying for a late check out of 1 or 2 pm I was told It was impossible! Even though I called prior and showed him the online advertised info. Still NO! We had not slept in 32 hrs. He told me he could allow for 12 noon so I took what I could get. Nice just untrained. Next? Room Keys. no working keys We had to be let in everytime I left the room. He said the Programmer was so old it would not work at night??? That's what he said// I was too worn out to question the unrealistic excuse. The SIDE door to the parking lot was propped out with a carpet. On the 1st trip down our hall, 3 kids in their 20s came in through this door they did not appear to be guests, More local like friends of someone there. This made the wife very uneasy as it was open to anyone that wanted to enter out of sight from the front desk. Once in the room, the tv did not work. The HDMI cord appeared to be unplugged but the mount made it impossible for me to get my hand in behind to plug in. At 8 I ran up to grab breakfast and get a few more hrs to sleep. Lots of issues, the worker was playing games on the phone. Beating on door at 10 then 1030MGR beating on dr unable to go back to sleep She was very rude more but

So, my review of this property may not be totally accurate of the property on the norm. There apparently was a storm in the middle of the night, and that may be why our experience was more like the twilight zone. The night we checked in things were ok. There was not enough towels in the room, and there were dirty ones left in the room. The desk staff gave my mom 2 clean ones, but not enough for the rest of us. So, I went back down to get a couple more and no one ever showed up at the desk even after I pressed the button, so I left empty handed. The next morning we had to head out super early. At 5am there was ZERO hot water, I took a cold shower, there was no internet, or tv. The elevator was not working...like AT ALL. We had to lug all our stuff & a baby down 3 flights of stairs. It took a couple trips to get everything. The hall lights were flickering on the 3rd floor & 1st floor. The front desk was completely dark, and no one came so I could check out & get a receipt, AND the front doors were open. WEIRD experience all around. Like I said before, it could have been the storm and the hotel was on back up power or something, but there was no one around to explain that and help us since the elevator was out.

Room was perfect for me and my family. No complaints at all

The ladies are the front we’re very nice and helpful, however, the tv in our room didn’t work. It wouldn’t change channels and our remotes wouldn’t work and there was nothing the front could do and it was later at night so I didn’t want to move rooms with little kids. Other than that- great

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The room was not properly cleaned and the over night receptionist was not nice. No accommodations were made. All 3 rooms that my family stayed in were not clean. You can’t receive new towels unless you turn all your dirty towel in. Toilet bowl nasty, shower head broken, stained sheets and carpet

My daughter, her children, and I needed a hotel overnight as her son had a outpatient surgery the following morning at 5:30 am. Overall, we did not have any major concerns. The young man who checked us in provided outstanding customer service. The room was nice, clean, and comfortable; however, the bathroom did need a little attention and there was an odor coming from the water.

Me and my family stayed here for one night on the way to a road trip. The property was fairly new but not very well upkept. The reception staff however was very friendly.
