Fairfield Inn & Suites Alexandria

Hotel was great. Staff was nice but not over friendly. Had some sort of sport team staying so doors were being slammed and kids running the halls until after midnight. We had to leave at 3am so this made for a rough night. Hotel was very clean and rooms were very large! No complaints about the hotel at all!

We had requested accessible rooms through the app due to traveling with elder family member. Staff informed us she had just given those rooms to someone else because “you can’t guarantee those rooms through the app”, then what is the point of giving as an option?!? Anyway, less than thrilled with that, but we survived. Beds were comfortable, breakfast was good, and rooms were clean.

We were visiting a sick family member at Cabrini Hospital this was a perfect location. Clean and spacious room. Morning breakfast was good.

Property was very worn. I rented 3 rooms for my group. 2 of them were dirty. They moved my staff in one room to a new cleaner room because the room was so bad. My room was the other..it had a dirty carpets, unemptied trash cans, and a family size box of condoms in the night stand. Will not stay there again!

The room was not cleaned prior to my family and I arriving. The bathroom had hair on the floor and in the shower. In addition to urine and tissue in the toilet. There was no tissue in the bathroom which is why I wondered if someone else used the bathroom prior to my family checking in. I informed the front desk about room not being cleaned and nothing was done about it so I went to the store and purchased bathroom cleaner myself and cleaned the bathroom and the room. I have stayed in Marriott properties before but they have always been top notch. This property reminded me of a motel 6. I will not be staying at this property again when I visit my family again. Also the staff was nice when I told them my concerns but nothing was done to resolve my concerns. I did not eat the breakfast because if the rooms weren't cleaned properly I wasn't sure if they properly prepared breakfast the right way.

my stay was nice until it was time to shower and I noticed my shower had throw up in the corner of the wall and my child had slept over someone else blood. meaning my sheets were DIRTY and wasn't changed. I called after check out and was given the managers email to submit the complaint, it has now been a full week and no one has responded or reached out. I also provided pictures in my email for proof.

Stayed here multiple occasions when in town visiting family. Great pool area and accessible to food,shopping and more.

The state was good the checking in last night I booked through Hotels.com and then I got there and had to pay for incidentals which was supposed to be $20 and she charge me $200 and it's been two days and they still haven't taken it off . She didn't seem to really know how to run the computer and unfortunately they don't dress very well. What happened to a uniform shirt and a pair of pants or a skirt and while I'm checking in she is on the phone on her ear piece, talking to a family member. And then after that, she says she has no record of the charging of $200 and they don't give me any kind of a receipt because I booked through a third-party so I'm not happy about that whole situation

This hotel is terrible, because we found bedbug during ourstay. we checked in the hotel on Nov 23 2022, the room number is 323.we foundmany bedbugs 2 am of Nov 24 during our sleeping. We have reported thisissue to your clerk Beeky at the front desk, she suggested us to send an emailto Trace,the manager of the hotel  regarding this issue together with bedbugphotos we took in the room and request full refund and compensation on the lost.Morning of Nov 24, I got a phone call from Tracy, she told me the bug I showedher is not bed bug, but lady bug. I can not agree with her, so I contacteda pest control company after I returned to my home city. The owner of thecompany told me the picture I showed him is bedbug. and my family doctor alsotold me the red bumps are bed bug bites. 

So happy with the staff and check in. They allowed us to check in late as we were traveling home from a trip to see family, and they allowed us to change the night we stayed due to us leaving earlier than expected. Staff helped us out when we had trouble figuring out how to use the card to get in the building. Super helpful and sweet!
