Americas Best Value Inn & Suites Prairieville

This was a convenient location and served the purpose while my family was relocating. It was clean, friendly and reasonably priced.

From the second you walk into the hotel, it smells clean & fresh & that continued throughout all areas I visited including our room. We also called ahead to have a crib put in our room as we were arriving late & wanted to just put the baby down when we got there & they had it in the room ready to go! We enjoyed our stay, no issues!

The hotel seemed nice and had a small breakfast. We stayed 2 nights. Starting about 6:30/7am the bed started shaking (over & over again) and sounded like someone was stomping through our room. Our room was directly over the main entrance. Not sure if it was the main doors under the bed or other people on our floor. After the 1st night, I asked to switch rooms. They said the manager would call me. He called during the graduation (the whole reason we came) and I was unable to answer. No voicemail was left. I asked again when we got back to hotel. I was told there were no more rooms available. Very disappointed in customer service and the hotel. It’s too bad because it is closest hotel to my family. I will not be back.
