Mr. Dewayne treated me like family. He provided excellent support in terms of dining and transportation recommendations even loaned his umbrella to me on a rainy day. I would definitely stay again. The area was safe and within walking distance, about 10 min., from bourbon street attractions.

Close to everything. Staff is very friendly and helpful. It’s a good weekend get a way to enjoy New Orleans. Not recommended for a family with kids.

The bathroom had black spots on the ceiling, maybe mold? The bathroom fan looked like one big disgusting dust bunny. The actual door to the room was so stuck my wife could not open it herself, I literally had to let us in/out because the door no longer fits well. In the other room we had, the bathroom door trapped my family inside, they too needed help. The whole place smells damp and moldy. The people at the service desk are nice though. The location is decent.
