I was visiting my family in New Iberia and stayed at the Holiday Express. The hotel was very clean, the free breakfast was delicious, and the personnel were so friendly and helpful. This is the only hotel i stay at when traveling.

My stay with Holiday Inn Express was very pleasant. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. A special shout out to Ms. Patsy. The room was clean and orderly. My family and I look forward to staying here again.

The room was clean and spacious. Since we were traveling with small children we were assigned the room immediately off the elevator. The shower was superb and the beds were extremely comfortable. We love staying at the Holiday Inn Express whenever we are in town. We also enjoyed the breakfast.

Housekeeping was horrible.. we were asked to leave our room for it to be cleaned and so we went down the hall and waited. The pregnant lady that cleaned our room never made signs to let us know she was finished and locked our door.. we had no key and she refused to open the door and was told to go downstairs to get a key. I was livid, I had myself, my husband and my three small children and she refused to let us in our room.. when we got in the room, it was half cleaned.. I will never stay there again!

Instead of visiting due to funerals, we came to see family and friends without any sadness. We had a wonderful time, did some good shopping, ate great food, and saw some wonderful people.
