I have stayed at this property before on 2 previous visits. 3rd floor rooms are really spacious and has huge showers big enough to fit two people. I like that this hotel is clean and 30 minutes from New Orleans. The only downside is the walls are thin. I was up 7am on a Saturday morning due to the guests on the 4th floor kids running. I could hear all of that raucous while lying on the bed. If possible, please put people with small children on the first floor away from other guests. Other than that I recommend this hotel.

We specifically booked the hotel so the kids could have a swim after a 7 hour drive. We arrived and had to tell our 5 & 10 year old that they were not going swimming after hours of promises. Didn’t end well…

Visiting family… they ran out of rooms with 1 king-size bed so we were upgraded to a room that had a pull-out mattress from the couch. Unfortunately the mattress cover was not cleaned/changed out. So it appears they never checked this area. I understand they are short staffed but cleanliness should never be skipped out on.
