Me and my family stayed at this hotel for 6 days. Did not receive room service once. Asked about it they said we were scheduled to get service the day of and still didn’t. We had to find our own towels off abandoned cleaning carts and had a mountain of towels from the lack of room service. Instead of room service the receptionist at the desk handed us bedsheets for us to make both beds ourselves. I guess their goal was for us to never come back because it worked. Congrats!
