Never in my life have I showed up to a hotel reservation only to be told it was cancelled because it was overbooked until this trip. After arriving at 11pm with 2 tired kids and some confusion from the staff, they booked me for a one night stay at another hotel even though I had pre-paid for a 3 night stay. I did get my money back from hotels.com but that was the most ridiculous experience I’ve ever had with a pre-booked pre-paid hotel.

We love this hotel! The staff is incredibly polite, helpful, and accommodating. We feel like family when we stay here. We will always choose this hotel when in the Bossier City/Shreveport area.

Wonderful place to stay. Check in was quick and the front desk was so hospitable. We arrived to complimentary lemonade and cookies. The room was spacious and comfortable. The kids loved having Netflix on the tv. Texas roadhouse delivered to the hotel which was a huge plus as we were traveling during tropical storm Cindy.

We enjoyed to visit. We have small kids and the staff was very helpful. Breakfast was good. Pat from the kitchen was great!
