we loved the view from our room and the staff was very nice! The only thing i did not like, was that the kids pool wasnt open.

It was a terrific visit. The whole family enjoyed the stay. Would love to do it again soon. Staff was excellent! Friendly service.

Worst customer service ever from the front desk clerk. She was simply obnoxious. Rude from start to finish to both myself and my family. The mini fridge was setting outside and was blocking the door to the room. We were told there was no other room to move to because the rest of the complex was under renovation. All of this we overlooked. The obnoxious front desk clerk cannot be overlooked. We will never stay here again and we recommend that no one else does either.
