Great stay with our newborn! Spacious suites, great location with decent free breakfast options! Highly recommend if you are traveling with family

Place was clean and the room we had was spacious. Had a seperate room from the beds which was nice so the kids didn't feel like we were just staying in a confined spot. Hot tub wasnt working, but the pool was nice, could use an update is all. Breakfast was good, had a nice variety of eggs, sausage, b&g, waffles,cereal, bagels, yogurt, and fruit. Each staff member we encountered was very friendly and helpful. Would stay here again if in the area.

We stayed here in a suite (family of 5) for 3 nights and overall it was pretty good. The breakfast had several warm buffet options along with the waffles, cereal, yogurt, etc. Location was great. The only thing we didn't realize is they don't do daily cleaning in the room, so we ran out of clean towels, toilet paper, and tissues. But the pool area was very nice and the room was spacious.

This property was a bit misleading. I was under the impression that it had a full kitchenette, but it was the same as a regular hotel but with cabinets and a sink. There waa the normal microwave and mini fridge, but no burner. The only ice machine that worked waa on the bottom floor and our "suite" was on the fourth floor. Also, the fitness room had 2 machines aand the pool was closed by public health which really had my kids in a mood. Although the staff was very accommodating, and offered to cancel the reservation with no penalty.

I booked the hotel on the wrong dates. Then I reserved an accessible room. I was very tired. We had travel a long way with 3 yo and a10 month old to a memorial service for a family member in Chicago. The front desk clerk got us on track and was very professional.

Breakfadt was good...but..this is the our second stay here in two years and still the pool was not available; at least this time a note with option to refund if came to swim, of course find other accommodation during spring break with my 3 kids. Elevator wouldn't open for some time, when it did, it slammed into me when I was exiting. I told the front desk what occured and until I wrote out a statement I requested, there was little concern for the occurrence. It hurt! Had it been one of my kids it would have thrown them to the ground.

The listing says pool , however the pool was closed by the city according to posting. We booked the hotel for the pool for our kids . They were very disappointed at the false advertising .

Pool was closed indefinitely by health department when we arrived. Front desk told us breakfast at 10a, different than posted, but we figured an extended hour because we stayed over Christmas. Nope, we came down exactly at 9a and breakfast was already 95 percent cleaned up. Staff lady rushed to take anything non-perishable my kids could have eaten then hid in the back until we left. Go to take a quick shower using their soaps so I can feed my kids. Shampoo and two body washes, no conditioner. Furniture, counters, etc were chipped, but to be expected in an older hotel. Two stars because the beds were clean and decent water pressure in the shower, but this isn't $100 hotel quality.

Nice comfortable beds and set up of the suites. Having 2 tvs with family, and a small kitchen area is nice as well! Breakfast was good and plentiful. Location is great!

Great for a short family stay. Overall a good hotel but can use some upgrading. The door to the pool was not working and it took us 10 min to get it to open. The hot tub was out of order. The doors in the room could use some love (paint scratched, sliding doors not opening…), the carpet was bunched up in the middle of the floor.
