The staff was very friendly. The room was clean and the breakfast was great! Thanks for helping my family stay safe and cozy on our quick trip! We will be back next time we stay in town!

Let me start with the breakfast, my family and I wasn’t happy at all with their breakfast. Just scrambled eggs, bacon, & bread( couple options) they had cereals for kids. But it wasn’t giving at all. I am not if we stayed on a busy weekend but there was traffic to get into the elevator all the times. I wasn’t happy with that. The rooms were okay and cleanness was decent.

Service was amazing! This hotel had great employees. I liked that the toilet was separate from the shower area but the sink in the toilet room was extremely small. Great location and felt safe the entire stay. It was nice to have the pull out couch so our kids had separate beds.

Prior to checking friendly front desk clerk inform me of the deposit which I felt extremely high. We had loaded the cart with Christmas gifts. Ashley went above & beyond to make sure my family celebrated Christmas without me canceling and find another hotel.

It was clean, nice rooms, good Breakfast. The pool Needs work tho. No hot tub and it was so cold My little ones couldnt get in it!

We did an overnight to have access to a pool and be closer to the zoo. I expected the suite to have a bit more of two areas since I had a toddler in the pack n play that I wanted in a different section and the partition by the desk was a half glass wall which was less than ideal. The pool was clean but it was a bit chilly. We also couldn’t get the tv Netflix app or chrome cast to work.

Hotel was very clean, and our room location with view was very nice kids loved it. It would’ve been nice if there was an ice machine on each floor. Had to go from the eighth floor to the sixth

I liked that everything I needed was in the downtown area. We walk through the neighborhood and ended up running into a live out door concert. I didn’t like that our suite wasn’t cleaned, one of the walls had food on it and the bed sheets had dried up blood stains. I expect to stay in a decent room for the price of their suites. My child is autistic and don’t like changes once we have him settled, The guest service was awesome!
