This hotel was filthy. The carpet was so dirty, the bathroom floors were gross and the whole place smelled of mold. The ceilings needed serious attention. The front desk was rarely staffed so there was never someone around for assistance. This led to homeless individuals sleeping in the lobby. The hotel was booked by families there for dance competitions, soccer and other sports activities so it didn’t feel like the safest place. We will never stay there again.

Several people were hanging outside the front doors of the property making it a bit uncomfortable for my family to walk in and out

We really enjoyed our stay. Everyone was very nice and very helpful. The rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was great and offered a lot of different options. My family will definitely stay here again .

Checking in took forever as there was only 1 person working the desk in for both the adjoining hotel and the Fairfield. The line was long and kids were running around. We had no heat in our room. The thermostat was missing and there were no controls on the unit. We ended up getting extra blankets and sleeping like we were in a twin bed instead of a king! Parking cost $19 extra.

The room is spacious. The hotel is close to many downtown restaurants. The parking is expensive but convenient. The breakfast staffs are very friendly and nice. I can see this hotel being great for family with kids.

Amber and Ashley the evening shift check-in ladies were super sweet and accommodating! We were in town due to a last minute notification that a relative received the gift of life. After a half day’s drive, hours at the hospital, and a few emotional breakdowns…they really made our night comforting. Sincerely, Gibson family.

Great hotel, but we had to leave one day early due to a sudden death in the family and they refused to reimburse us for that night. Would’ve appreciated some compassion during that difficult time.

The man at check in was very nice. The room was okay, but not worth price. Had people above that let kids yell and stomp until 3:00 am. We called twice, once at 10 pm, and again at 2:00 am. Phone didn’t work in room, so had to use my cell phone. Nothing got taken care of until they apparently got tired and stopped for the night. We had a long drive the morning of checkout, which made things even worse. I never got any apologies, but they were quick to collect their money.
