This hotel is in a great location, within walking distance to many attractions and restaurants. Its very clean and family friendly!

Very convenient and perfect for our trip. Some other guests have no respect for the hotel and let their kids play tackle football in the gym. But, otherwise, centrally located in Louisville and perfect for our trip.

Enjoyed close proximity to attractions like Louisville Slugger. Breakfast was above average. For a family of 5, the room size was great.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. The room was equipped with everything as advertised. The staff was amazing! Very helpful and courteous. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone. In fact we're sharing this location with family and friends.

Nice place for a weekend with the grand kids (ages 9 & 7).

I wish all hotels were up to Homewood Suites by Hilton Louisville Downtown, KY standards. They set the bar extremely high for my family and I from cleanliness, staff services, location, etc. The hotel was full and management was extremely accommodating to our needs. We selected this hotel for convenience to Louisville Slugger and because we wanted a pool for the kids to swim in. Unfortunately...the Pool was out of order with no signage stating if it was temporary or what time it would be available. Disappointing. We stayed in the Asheville Hilton 2 days before and their pool was also closed.

The staff was super friendly and very kind. The hotel was clean and pleasing to me. The surprise social hour on a stormy night was a wonderful bonus. Delicious food and family friendly games available to play. Would definitely stay here again when I’m passing through the area.

This hotel was clean, modern, quiet, and an easy walking distance to a conference at the Convention Center as well as to local restaurants and tourist attractions. Our suite provided a lot of space as well as a full kitchen, which was really helpful when traveling with an infant. The breakfast was good, we appreciated the fitness center and pool, and the staff was really nice and accommodating. Really the only negative is coordinating loading/unloading with the parking. Parking options include either municipal parking in the neighboring lot and across the street, or in the nearby parking garage. Neither option adjoins the hotel directly, which makes loading/unloading a bit more complicated (as you have to pull into one of the few spots out front and coordinate a cart for your items before parking).

Get there from a 6hour drive room wasn't ready. Lady told me it'll be another hour before we could get our room. I asked for a manager and the manager of the cleaning crew gets and attitude and says "Even though check in is at 4pm you room still can be unavailable." Then she rolls her eyes and walks off to get the staff manager. They didn't greet us or offer Welcome gift bag(which looked like water bottle was in it which would have been helpful). The staff had an attitude at the beginning of the stay until the end of our stay. I didn't want to react because I am a mother of three and this was a family trip that I didn't want to let some unhappy employees ruin. I just know I'll never stay there again.
