Quality Inn Lexington

Major security problems. Second night of stay, a family came into our room at 11pm. Front desk gave them keys to my room. Front desk said t he had me listed as no show. Spoke to manager the next day and was assured everyone was fixed. 3rd day of stay, the hotel calls me (as i am out and about and not at the hotel) asking if i know someone named Taylor who was just in my room. This place is a joke. I was traveling with a 10 yo girl who was scared and didn’t feel safe. This hotel has no remorse. Stay away! I even emailed and contacted the general manager…still waiting for a call back. It has been a week. Do not stay here! It is the worst! Not to mention they only had one washing machine working.

We booked two rooms, when we arrived at the hotel (11pm) the hillbilly woman at the front desk told us that “No, 2 rooms for 1 night means 1 room with 2 beds.” Half of my family was left to find other arrangements (with my 10 year old autistic son).

Wasn’t blown away, but had no concerns. Things were clean, bed was comfy. Perfect place to stay for a quick sleep while driving down south. Wish breakfast had more protein options but kids loved the waffles!

There was a basketball tourney in town and high school kids were yelling and running up and down the halls well past midnight. We were up most of the night

My family really enjoyed our stay this past weekend. The staff was friendly and the rooms where cozy. We will book again if we go back to Lexington.

We checked in around 11pm and went to the room and we were unable to get in. After taking the family to the room we had to go back to the front lobby. They gave us another room on another floor and it was not the same size room we had reserved. Since it was so late we dealt with the room. Also the breakfast was sub-par.

Nice place. Breakfast was good: Eggs, biscuits and gravy, waffles, yogurt, cereal, danish, etc. No sausage or potatoes though. Staff was really nice. Called morning of and was able to lock in adjoining/connecting rooms for my family (2 adults, 6 kids). No microwaves in the rooms (my bad for not noticing). Water fountain was broken, but they gave us some complimentary water bottles to make up. I would stay again.

If you’re willing to sacrifice cleanliness, service and amenities for a relatively convenient and inexpensive place to stay….you’ve found it. Overall all it was not a bad experience….however, we had to walk through clouds of smokers to get through the door followed by a front desk staffed with “employees”…we think. Several unidentified people ((without name tags or uniforms) we’re simply hanging out around the front desk. Not sure if they were friends, children or siblings of the single front desk employee but they nicely chatted with us and held conversation during our check in. Easy enough but….who exactly are you and why are you standing behind the desk chatting? Anyway….the hotel is a bit worn but clean. The “breakfast” included powdered eggs, briskets, gravy and various sugar cakes. The bowl of fruit (it may have been wax?) didn’t look very appealing. Think the coffee was made from yesterdays grounds. Hotel within walking distance to a gas station, subway and Cracker Barrel. So…you can understand the environment. However…..our discounted rate was very reasonable so this isn’t really a complaint!

Clean, had what we needed for a quick stop over to sleep on our travels home from florida x wanted a continental breakfast for my young kids to hold us over for the last leg. Nothing was set up for the 7am breakfast except cereal (no milk) and packages of oatmeal. People seemed to be waiting for set up. We needed to get in road so has to buy our own.
