Great places to stay with family

Would have been better to sleep at a road side rest area! Half roll of toilet paper , only decaf coffee in room , the television kept buffering and could not watch anything, the electric went off twice. Went down to front desk and asked what was going on. The man working front desk said it would be an hour and a half before back on. He told us nothing he could do call the city! Since we need to be at our destination in only a few hours I was very frustrated and asked why hotel across the street have electricity we should have stayed there! He then told me you can! And when going back to my room he yelled down the hall what’s your room number so I can check you out! Rude and not at all professional. My family and I will never stay at your hotels again. Not because of no fault of the hotel the electricity was out but because of the rudeness and the room itself.
