We loved our stay it was so nice & perfect for our family after a long evening of traveling it was a comfy place to rest.

Truly enjoyed our stay, we went up to see family as well has watch my daughter compete for her first big cheer tournament the staff was amazing the breakfast and food from the hotel was amazing we couldn’t have asked for a better stay

A great place for the family

Very pleased with this hotel. Was a stop over for us and we enjoyed a walk around the grounds and swim in the pool before going to bed. Hotel is right along the legacy trail and I was able to get for a long run and then we all had an amazing breakfast as a family before hitting the road. Breakfast included mto omelettes/ eggs and many many hot and cold options. Room was clean and as expected, pool was very nice.

I came for a holiday party and had a great time. I love my family get togethers Merry Christmas.

The staff were all very friendly. When we checked in there were some things that made me feel like the room wasn’t sufficiently cleaned. The first thing is my 6 year old grandson found a rolled up wad of gum in the chair in the bedroom and proceeded to pick it up and bring it to me. 2. Maybe the drawer on the night stand was stained but when I opened it looking for a menu for room service it looked so dirty I didn’t want to touch it. 3. I tried, unsuccessfully for 20 min to get a menu or in room dining options. When I called the number it would ring once then go to a busy signal. I called the front desk who informed me that I couldn’t get a menu by scanning the scan in the living room but I could in the bedroom. It didn’t happen and because my family and I thought this was an option they had gone out and I was left unable to get food. I am disabled and did not feel comfortable even with my walker coming downstairs alone. And 4, we did not discover we had no shampoo or conditioner till my granddaughter showered and wet her hair, but on a great note ~ it was delivered to our door within 10 min of me calling the front desk. Your hotel is absolutely beautiful. Every single staff person was professional, efficient, and kind and your made to order breakfast was the best breakfast I’ve had in any hotel Thank you Sincerely, Mona Baker

Great for families. Rooms are spacious. Happy hour and breakfast are great. Enjoyed our stay.

We went for ny sons baseball teams tournament. A few of us had gotten rooms here and our children range from 5 to 12. Well to our surprise our children all walked past a room that had their curtains wide open and a couple were having sex where our children saw the whole thing. When we walked up and saw them staring we looked to see what they were looking at and started to bang on door and they wouldnt even come to door. They shut the curtains just to reopen them later and go back at it. Staff was terrible and didnt seem to care.

This is our second time at this hotel during travels. We love the spacious rooms and free breakfast. Great for a family of 5!

I will never stay here ever again! After we had a complaint made on our room the front desk called 3x and also send up security which knocked 2x before waking us up at 3:30 AM! The complaint stated we were jumping up and down banging on the wall and kids screaming again no children were with us. Mind you my husband is in a boot from an injury. Now mind you even though they came to the door and heard Nothing they found it necessary to repeat the process, without even considering another room that could be the problem. We have waited 3 days for the GM to call us, David Smith, however it seems no one cares about customer service there. We run a small business and was looking forward to finding a “home” hotel to stay at because we will be visiting so frequently. Guess it will not be here.
