We visited while my spouse was at Fort Knox. During check in the staff was extremely friendly, and they were throughout the stay. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Good enough breakfast. The pool was so clean and my toddler loved our time splashing around!

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The afternoon staff especially Dawn made it an enjoyable and memorable stay. The breakfast buffet had the only ding, the food wasn't real warm. We would definitely stay there again, and would recommend you to family and friends.

Our family traveled to celebrate my son’s graduation from Army ROTC Advanced Camp. Your front desk attendant, Dawn, is a gem. She was full of smiles, and energy. Dawn made our stay very enjoyable!

The staff is top notch!! They make you feel like you are family and it’s home away from home. If there is a problem they will do everything they can to fix it. They will answer questions about things in town such as opening and closing times, directions, events, phone numbers & delivery options, & even discounts. I hadn’t been there in a year and they still remembered me and my other half. The staff keep me coming back.

This was our families second trip at this hotel. We absolutely loved the staff. Dawn was the night shift worker she is the best. She hands down made our stay enjoyably and the reason we came back again. She remembered us from the first time we stayed. She was so welcoming, always smiling, and going the extra mile. The breakfast was great very filling. Not your normal continental hotel breakfast. Room was very clean and comfortable. For these reasons we will DEFINITELY return.

We were there for a baseball tournament in Elizabethtown. For a town sun summer that caters to and hosts multiple baseball tournaments at the sports park we were super disappointed that the breakfast didn’t start till 7 and not the usual 6am. This is very inconvenient for teams that play at 8. When the look of disappointment hit my face the lady at the desk said well you can go buy breakfast at Burger King across the street. This is the only reason we even stayed here, bc you all offered free breakfast. This is a selling point with kids but not if you’re not gonna stay up on the area happenings.

We reserved two rooms for a family event--everyone enjoyed their stay and especially enjoyed the pool! The rooms were clean and the staff were very friendly. We all enjoyed the breakfast also! We will certainly recommend this hotel to other guests of ours that come to visit the Ft Knox area!

The hotel was really nice. The bed was a little on the hard side but not unbearable. The room was clean and the breakfast was wonderful. The only part of this hotel that I did not like was the front desk staff. The girl who works in the evenings is very rude and is more concerned about sitting in the breakfast area with a gentleman than helping the guests. Some children had made a mess with the hot chocolate and it stayed that way for quite some time. I walked by 3 separate times and observed the mess and her sitting down. We had a problem with the toilet being stopped up when we first arrived, before we used it. The same girl handed me a plunger and said, "I don't do that".
