Gold Vault Inn

This place is an absolute dump. The pool was filled with kids having a birthday party. There is no hot tub anymore, even though they advertise it. The front desk lady was sprawled out on the couch and didn’t even want to get up. The bathroom ceiling had black mold all over it. The air conditioner did not work and the room is hot. The plugs did not work, so there was no refrigerator for my leftovers End up, leaving and getting a hotel somewhere else

Great stay with grandbaby

This was a great place to stay for graduation and family day for cadets at fort Knox very affordable breakfast was decent rooms were clean and well maintained. Housekeeping staff was friendly and nice desk staff as well

If you have family at Fort Knox, this is very convenient and close to post.

Poolside and it was terrific. The baby loved it and didn’t want to leave. Thank You Gold Vault. You have a wonderful staff.

My stay was horrible. It started with a long wait at check-in. Upon entering my room, it was not clean, and there was a large bowel movement in the toilet. I then had a long wait to get my room changed. Then upon going into my new room, it was clearly still being occupied by another guest. I would be furious if someone gave a stranger a key to my room! Then upon entering my third room, I walked into the bathroom and slipped in a puddle! It looked and smelled like pee, but I was told it was probably just not dry from mopping. I would have left at that point, but I was late for work at that point. After getting the run around about talking to the manager for a few days, I then found DRUGS in my room! I came out of my room very angry and finally got to talk to the manager. She was nice enough, but seemed very hesitant to rectify the situation outside of an apology. She was told she would get back to me, but never did. Then she isn't even there on checkout day, so I had to pay full price for this trash heap. I will never stay there again and suggest no one does. I would upload pictures, but they aren't family friendly.

I had confirmation for 2 rooms for 4 adults and 2 children, they only had 1 room ready, the pool was not open, the internet did not work , then they charged our card for 3 rooms not just 2 and argued that they did not, until they finally got ahold of their software vendor , then they fixed it. The breakfast was good and the hotel was clean.

We have stayed here many times and really love this Hotel! Everyone treats you like family which is why we stay there. We plan on booking early for next year. Everyone must stay here at least once. Much to see and do.

Late check in. Smooth process. Clean room and property. My children and I felt safe. Pool was clean. Night clerk was super friendly and helpful to myself and other guest. Breakfast host was hospitable as well. We will be back.

First the lady at the front desk when we checked in was very rude to not only me, my husband and a friend who helped us (who was already a client there). Then around 2-3 in the morning a woman and her children had access to our room via key card that the front desk had given them. So they allowed complete strangers to come in our room in the middle of the night while me and my children slept!! Then around 6 am an office clerk was able to walk in on us again even with the chain locked! So we left shortly after that for home. I've spoke to the manager who apologized and we are waiting for a discount of some sorts of Expedia, we will see.
