Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Elizabethtown, KY

We enjoyed the extra roominess of the suite with sofa, table and chairs to spread out. Everything was clean and neat. The indoor pool was just right for our grandkids. Great breakfast. Friendly staff.

This property is fine for the amount they charge. There are several complaints I have though. This property is pet friendly, which is great, because I brought my dog. I got a noise complaint on my dog for barking twice. This was not during quiet time, it was actually in the middle of the day when little to no one was even in the hotel. Additionally, the same night, they allowed a family reunion to throw a party with the loudest music until 1:30-2am. My dog barking was the least of anyone’s concern, and my dog wasn’t the only one barking. In addition that that, the entire floor I stayed on smelled of marijuana every day.

This was one of the nicest places to stay. We were visiting family for 10 days. It was quiet, clean, the room was a roomy suite with a great bed. Everyone from check in/checkout to the maintenance and breakfast staff were so nice! Would stay there again!

The property was clean and the staff was very nice and although there were baseball competitions going on with the kids staying at the hotel, it was quiet and organized. The beds were comfortable and the water pressure was great. The hotel is close to everything and right off I65. We would stay here again.

Everything was great except when i was checking in there wasnt anyone at the desk. Upon the entrance if the hotel employee, she was followed by what appeared to be her child and the phone was ringing. She answered the phone before she even looked at me and continued with someone on the phone whilst i was standing right in front of her. I thought that could have been handled better.

Great for family with a dog

It was mostly clean except I found a few leftover hairs in the bed and on back of the bathroom door, like someone had a wig hanging there or something. It was a little noisy but I know there were a lot of kids running around because of a soccer tournament.

Dry nice accommodations for my two grandchildren and I. Highly recommend this hotel.

I asked for a wake up call 2 mornings in a row. My dog woke me up instead. So on third day my child set alarm in room. Couldn’t trust front desk to do it my son came down for breakfast the 1 st morning we was there and it wasn’t even time for breakfast to be over still had 15 minutes to go and the woman took waffle out. That’s the only thing he was looking forward to there for breakfast.. So that was a total bummer. Nothing to eat 1 st morning way to start a day off NO? She also needed help in breakfast over Holiday. U had to wait and wait and wait to get everything on plate to eat. I’ve worked a busy breakfast at a Country Inn and the food is put in a microwave so not sure what was taking so long to begin with???

It disappointed us that our did not have any carpet in our room. Frankly, we do not travel with slippers so getting up and stepping onto a cold floor just isn't something we like. Also none of the walls anywhere had any art work or decor which made a sterile environment. Breakfast was barely warm. No real greeting from the clerk. Small child behind the counter wasn't professional. The sign on the elevator had improper English, The gym and pool looked nice. For being a Radisson Hotel, we expected better.
