Service desk was great, had 5 boys in the pool and obviously they would splash and things. Made them go to one end of the pool as to not bother other guests and manager called service desk and had them talk to me which they could have done themselves! Ceiling above shower had obviously been leaking, light in bathroom was out, bathroom door would not lock. Friends across the hall had black mold in their bathroom. Would not recommend this hotel to friends or family.

The hotel was decent. The pool was closed which the website didn’t say and it has been closed for quit some time, and my kids were upset! We stopped early for them to swim and didn’t! The bathroom door was broke and didn’t shut. The breakfast was a grab and go and cold stuff, which it said full breakfast. They had all the hot trays plus waffle stuff to have a hot breakfast, but none were available. The pictures aren’t what the room looks like exactly, and no elevator to 2nd floor!

The staff went above and beyond for our family. We arrived later i the evening and they let the grandkids swim past the set time. The breakfast was awesome & unlimited coffee.

We were very disappointed to get there with 2 young grandsons and find the pool to be closed. it was the best looking pool of our entire trip. we should have been told in advance that the pool was not working. they needed to expend some energy. those arriving with children should be told there is no pool and we should be given some money back.

The hotel and room were both clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful! We enjoyed the pool while we were there. The free breakfast was nice, nothing too fancy but it was enough for our family!
