The front Desk staff were outstanding they did a good job. The bed’s were comfortable. The Breakfast was good but when we arrived at the breakfast room all the eggs were all gone. So I knocked on the door to where the kitchen was and I said the eggs were all gone so when I went back they had a lot of people coming down with kids and and there was only like two spoons full of eggs. They should make one and start another batch of eggs. Other than that it was all good. I would definitely come back again.

My wife, I and our two children (one above 18 years old) stayed from July 2-6, 2024. The hotel is new so it is good! However, the insulation is very bad! We can hear clearly the sound of toilet flush, doors closed, TV, people talking, etc. After a long day of visitation, we could not take a rest well because of the above noise! Two mornings, we had to wake up early because of all the noise! We greatly appreciate the new hotel but we don't think we will come back. On July 2, the lady who checked us in was very nice. On July 3, the lady who took care the breakfast was also very nice. However, on July 4, when we complained about the noise, that lady at reception was not very nice to handle the situation.

My family and I had to wait for 1 1/2 hour to check in. According to the front desk receptionist the system wasn’t working and she was always being kicked out. After 1 1/2 she was able to check us in but could not get us the key card to our room. She had to come with us and open it with her key card. Never experienced something so stressful.

We had to wait about 5 minutes for someone to show up to check us in. Our room was clean, but the bed was a bit firmer than we prefer. Also, the bathroom had no fan and there were 2 adults and 2 kids showering, so trying to do makeup and dry and curl hair was really challenging. Also, had to ask for washcloths (none were in the room) and for more towels. We were given 3 towels for 4 people. Breakfast was a big disappointment. I came down 45 minutes before breakfast ended and practically everything was gone. I asked 2 different people if they could restock and they said they would, but they only added scrambled eggs and some biscuits and that happened about 10 minutes before breakfast ended. The hotel was quiet and everyone was friendly. They just need to work on a few areas to improve customer service.

There are management issues at this hotel. It was not uncommon to hear hotel cleaning staff in the elevator or in the hallways complaining (including cursing on the elevator with my kids). We had several issues with our room upon check in: burnt out bulbs in the bathroom; no batteries in the remote; no ice bucket; empty Kleenex box; no toilet paper; no shampoo/soap in the bathroom, etc. When we went to the front desk to complain, no one was there. We had to grab a business card and call the front desk. We spent three nights there and never received light bulb for the bathroom. Our keys quit working after the first night and had to be rekeyed. In talking to other guests, we weren't the only ones having problems. Overall the hotel was clean. Most of the staff acted as if our complaints weren't their problem. This hotel seemed to be mismanaged more than anything.

It was close to McDonald’s and Wendy’s which is great for families. Easy on expressway for traveling. Very nice & new looking hotel. Comfy bed!

We got there at 243 check in is at 3 the lady at desk said in a negative tone we can’t check in until 3 that gives our house keeping staff time to clean rooms as we are standing there the housekeeping staff were walking out leaving for the day. We woke up and there were sugar ants everywhere when I went down to tell front desk that we woke up and there were ants everywhere she said”oh are they the little ones?” So obviously they know there is a problem no discount or anything just was told I’ll tell maintenance.

Room was clean but the hallway and elevator, not really. The staff did not tell us breakfast hours so by the time my kids came down, hotel staff cleared everything 15 minutes before 9 when the breakfast was over. There was no understanding that the kids need to grab something to eat.

The young lovely lady with the freckles was amazing! She did everything to get us in early because we were traveling with a toddler. I didn’t catch her name but her and her boss were very accommodating. Place was vey clean and updated. Beds were very comfortable.
