Comfort Suites

It was an awesome stay. I will book again at this motel and recommend it to friends and family.

We checked in and staff was friendly. We went to our room and it was not clean and smelled like smoke. It still had peoples stuff in it. They did not have a room that would accommodate but would not give us a discount on penthouse room which was the only room available that would fit my family of five. Waiting on refund.

I love how much room there is for my family of 6 to sleep comfortably. I loved the bed that pulled from underneath the couch and was right off the floor, made it very convenient for my two year old to sleep in. I also loved that it seemed the walls were sound proof. I could hear neighboring babies out in the hallway, but not when I entered my room which helped me to relax and not stress out when my four children were noisy or crying.

Great for families

As a family of 6 it’s hard to find a great hotel to stay at! This place was amazing! They were able to find us a crib at the last minute sand everyone was incredibly kind! The breakfast was delicious and easy for kids to make on their own!

The bedding and bed it self will have my family return very soon so comfortable

It was an okay property. The girl behind the desk was vapeing. The breakfast was good. The pull out beed was a trundle bed which was a bit surprising the kids ages 8 and 10 seemed to like it but would not be something a grown adult could sleep in.

Overnight stay for family trip - Hotel was clean and quiet, rooms were comfortable. We did not use pool, weight room was small but adequate for evening workout for my high school football player. Breakfast was good overall, decent selection, typical hot breakfast for the chain. Pleasant front staff and kitchen staff at breakfast. Would stay again if in area.

My husband and I plus my daughters husband and our 4 grandchildren andc sister and daughter (total 12) stayed at this hotel to be able to go to the Ark Encounter about 30 min away. we stayed 2 night's. this is a comfortable place with decent rates for families. I feel they were understaffed. never more than 1 person at front desk. the morning we ate breakfast, it was evident that food was running short, people were looking for things, and the person working the front desk was having to run back and forth. it was a full hotel. i had overheard that staff were calling in sick. too bad for those who chose to work. also with a large group like ours, we had 3 suites, that there was not daily housekeeping. you would have to leave trash/ towels out in hall if you wanted it picked up, or more towels. overall, comfort suites allows a larger space for familes at a decent price.
