The service was especially great with all round. The hospitality was very great they went above amd beyond what me and my family was thinking

Other guest were smoking and drinking alcohol and cussing in the pool area around our grandkids. They were also smoking in the room next to us on the attached balcony. The room was to hot or to cold with high humidity in the room. The air vents were full of dust. There was no kitchen open for 3 days to get food. No one ever cleaned the room. The buffet they had one day was very over cooked with no flavor and very expensive. The breakfast was the same every day and the coffee was empty. People stomping above us all night. 3 years ago it was much better. It's 80 miles around trip to get a meal no fridge or microwave to us. People knocked on our door in the middle of the night and was giggling the door handle. It was very scary. The pet was 30 dollars extra and Saturday thru Wednesday was $500. It is a beautiful place if you don't mind the inconveniences of not having away to prepare food or driving a long way to get a meal.
