Nice , family & very pet friendly . Clean!

Floor in the room was sticky and dirty (toddler had black feet after crawl around). No air fan in the bathroom. Breakfast was good.

Staff members were super nice. Breakfast was perfect to fill our family up before we started on our second half of our road trip. Room was nice and clean. Beds weren’t the most comfy, but we got decent sleep. Water pressure wasn’t the best for shower and rinsing my thick hair but temperature was great.

It was dirty. We had a room with a separate living room and two queen beds. The floors were filthy, they made my entire families feet black. The floor had large white stains. There was hair, food, and dead bugs all over the floor. The wall around the ac unit was a disaster. I could poke through the wall with my finger it was so wet. The window sill was cracked and fell off. The room felt empty and cold. No paintings or anything that warmed the place up or made it feel like home. The second floor hallway was gross. Trash and stains all over the place. Also, the pool seemed (and smelled) like it was half water and have chlorine. All of that being said, the lady at the front desk was super kind and polite to us. And the beds seemed very clean. Sheets looked washed and smelled good.

Entrance is strange to get to but overall was a great hotel right off the freeway. Minimal road noise and quiet. Breakfast was great and the indoor pool a huge plus for my kiddo. Would definitely stay again.

Staff not very friendly, and we stayed in 114 . Don’t stay in it drive up window outside of the room to restaurant next door very noisy and the dogs bariking in the hallways and kids running around. So if you don’t like to get a goodnight of sleep then stay in it .

The pictures of the property are deceiving. This hotel is old and worn down. Our suite feels more like an apartment in section 8 housing. The hotel is tucked back in a questionable area Pulled out the couch bed for my kids to sleep on and it was already made up with sheets and a blanket. Dirty sheets with crumbs and hair and a stain on the mattress cover. Overall feel of this hotel is dingy. Out of the 6 overhead lights in the pool area only 2 worked and one flickered periodically. Will never stay here again

The floors was dirty and had dead bugs by the baseboards. There were dark hairs in the bed, my son and I are both blonde. When we came back to our room last night and out of our room this morning there was puddles of water right outside of door with a caution sign but nothing was cleaned up. This location was close to family that we were visiting but I would rather drive further than stay in these conditions.

So, we are a family of 5 (3 kids) travelling down to Florida. After a long day, I was greeted by a very friendly receptionist who checked me in quickly. I appreciated being able to check in very late (1am). Our room was 108, which you could tell was renovated in the last ten years or so, but it is showing its age in some areas as is the overall building. The light by the fridge flickers, the mini fridge needs to be defrosted badly as it is full of frost. The sofa bed was clean and there was clean bedding for it in the closet. Two tvs in the room would be nice if you were staying longer than we did, but it’s a nice bonus! Bathroom nicely updated with lots of bar soap, a shampoo, conditioner and a body lotion. The thing that turned me off in the room is, typical hotel style the beds are made up with all flat sheets. I always check quickly for bedbugs so i pulled back the sheets to see both a mattress protector and a mattress bag. The mattress protector and sheets are clean. The mattress bag on one bed was very very gross. (the bed near the windows). I’m glad there was an additional protector and sheets but.. that needs to be gone. The pillows were also very sad and small, So it’s an ok place for a pit stop but not for more than one night. The pool was in need of water maintenance.. The resort is pet friendly but doesn’t smell like dog, which is great and the pet fee was totally reasonable, $20. Last but not least, the breakfast was decent. Breakfast staff was lovely!

It was a good experience but the indoor pool was very cold which was one of the reasons we picked this hotel for the kids to get rid of energy by swimming
