Pool was down for maintenance. Big disappointment for the grandkids

I booked this listing based on the fact it had an indoor pool, playground and mini golf however when we checked in we were told the pool is closed for maintenance and they don’t have mini golf or a playground. My two kids were very upset.

Unfortunately our room was not very clean. There were mail clippings on the floor, our toddlers feet was covered in hair and dirt from walking on the carpet and a piece shower faucet fell off when we turned it on. I’ve stayed at many Hamptons and I never leave reviews, but this one was definitely not a good experience.

Staff was super friendly but the beds in room 314 are terrible worst beds that my family had never slept on everything else was perfect

We were on our way home on a road trip and needed a place for night. We chose this location since it said the room could accommodate five people and have free breakfast. The breakfast was wonderful and all of our kids loved it. The room, however, did not sleep five as noted in the listing. We arrived to our room to see just two queen beds with no sleeper sofa. I called the front desk immediately and was told they assume the fifth person is a small child that shares a bed with two adults. There was no cot available no the person at the front desk could do nothing for me since they had no other rooms that could accommodate us. Our three teenage kids had to share a queen bed and the person at the front desk should have said something when we checked in. Overall it is a nice property with a great breakfast but be wary about the room capacity.
