Comfort Suites

Everything was great except the bathroom door wouldn’t shut completely. It worked out fine since it was just the family.

We stayed with our three kids. The room had 2 queens and a roll away couch. Everything was clean. No surprises. The pool and hot-tub were working an just fine. The staff was helpful in getting us more towels, blankets, etc. Breakfast was good - waffles, biscuits and gravy, eggs, yogurt, etc.

We had to move rooms because of several issues, the new room wasn’t much better. Our air conditioner didn’t work in the first room and it was very hot in there. As well as there was silly string on the ceiling, black stuff all over the blankets in the new room, was told it was the black fuzzy stuff from the air conditioner. Bed skirts were very dirty. Had to go to the desk several times because our key cards all of them would stop working randomly. As well as the type of people that were staying here made it uncomfortable. There was people smoking weed and not watching their children in the pool. The children were hitting people in the pool area. We could not enjoy our stay. The staff was very friendly, and helpful with any issues. Loved the staff. The breakfast bar is also awesome. One of the best at any budget hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

I live less that 2 miles from the hotel, we come for the pool and hot tub and the breakfast its fabulous. The hotel and the room was absolutely perfect. Our only complaints are with Rolonda.... At the time of our stay there were 5 or 6 different baseball teams staying in the hotel. while in the pool the boys became completely out of control. They were throwing baseballs at one another in the pool. they were running and diving in the pool. 4 larger boys were trying to throw one another in the pool and landed on my son who is substantial smaller pinning him to to bottom of the pool and scraping his whole back against the bottom leaving him bruised and bleeding. so we decided to head back to the room.I was upset but not aggressive in any way because I have 5 boys myself I know how they get. I told the lady behind the desk that things were getting out of hand in the pool area they are throwing baseballs. She then said welcome to the world of kids... I then said someone's gona get hurt, just as the maintenance man came around the corner. She then jumped up and got really loud and said....Ma'am you never mentioned baseball's if u continue to get loud I will refuse to speak to you. I was so shocked I stepped back stunned and turned around and just walked away. She's obviously disturbed and she gives off a resently released, on parole kinda vibe. The kinda vibe where your glad there's cameras because if not id be sacred she would have hit me if there were no wittnesses around...
