We got a great price on a suite with kids. Used the pullout and a pack and play. Staff was super friendly and nice. Our room was clean. Our mattress was worn out. One elevator was broken. Showed some wear but all in all it was great!

We checked in for a family funeral. We were told we could not modify our room reservation because it was booked by a third party(Hotels.com) Ok, that's fine. Then they put us in a handicap room(we were not handicap). They must hate handicap people. It was on the second floor with no easy access, no shelves in the shower and a spotlight that shines in your room all night with no way to close the curtain. They then proceeded to put a $714 hold on my credit card for this nightmare of a room. I have never made a room stay make me angry!
