Ii booked a reservation a month in advance and I was looking for pet friendly accommodations…I didn’t think to check with a weight limit (my dog is an 80lb Great Pyrenees Lab mix) so an hour away I checked with the hotel and they had a 20lb weight limit…I called and made arrangements for my dog to stay at his house and continued to my reservation and upon my arrival I found out that the GM had cancelled my reservation after I had called and asked about the weight limits for pets…he then refused me a refund! So last minute I had to find another hotel with 3 kids!! I called Hotels.com and they called to get my refund and they even refused them and when they called back they hung up on them! They were just very rude and unprofessional!

It was horrible.When we arrived we had todays booked and paid for my duaughter pure had been stolen prior and didnt have ID so we was asked to leave because she didnt wouldnt even let me and my grand child stay so we had to find another place to stay so they transfer our money to Holiday Inn and Suites Convention Center it was wonderful Best hambuger and Stawberry Margaritas ever. Staff was 5 star along with there cornhole and 3 holes of golf....

The second morning i woke up, i was itchy, i continued to itch all day. Little bite marks appeared all over my body. I believe it to bed bugs. The hallway smelled like smoke on the first night of stay. I remarked on it to the desk employee. She said she thought someone was smoking weed. Upon checking out, the man at desk said, we had been smoking in room. False, there was no smoking in the room. The whole second floor smelled of smoke. Therefore, he refused to return my deposit. Not only did the guests i spoke to during our stay, also said their rooms smelled of smoke and so did the hallways. So my question is do they just pick a guest not to return their deposit to? Who regulates this? You cant argue your position with them, it would not change the outcome. I will also state, we reported our smoke alarm was chirping, no one came up to fix it, isn't that some kind of fire hazard. Granted we did provide a rude to several family members who smoked, alas the smoke was in our clothes on the 2 day when we returned from the family event we were there for. Sad to say that our trip to Kentucky ended with us being ripped off for 100.00 for something we didn't do!

Refuse to let me have family visit me in the room when I was up for a funeral. Ended up getting very rude with me about it would not let them even help me carry my luggage to the room. Said they could wait in the lobby. I asked for my money back. He told me that I would have to call the people that I’ve booked the printer. Called Expedia they try to intervene and help with the issue. He refused to refund the money or even bend on letting my family visit me in the room.
