Very accommodating for our large family. Great staff!

Hotel staff is very friendly. Current capacity is full due to local tornado damage. Appears staff has gone out of their way to supply a table full of children’s books for families staying here during a crisis. Location and comfort are perfect for my needs. Hotel appears a bit older but very clean and comfortable. Price and location were perfect. Would definitely stay here again.

Do not bypass this hotel, but most of all don’t miss the opportunity to speak with the front desk. We were lucky enough to have Nichole during check in and not only is she efficient, but she was so pleasant. She really set the tone for the whole stay and even my kids were surprised at how nice she was compared to interactions they’ve had with other front desk staff in previous locations. She was extremely patient which my issues with my 3rd party reservation mess up and adding a dog deposit on my stay and then my card messed up… all while my kids tried to get in and out to use the restroom she wasn’t bothered at all and even jokes with them in-between helping me and helping them! Extremely pet friendly, with inviting staff and close proximity to fast food and gas stations. Very safe location for families with an amazing hot free breakfast that was consistently restocked with food, cutlery, and condiments.

First room 120, walls were filthy, smelled very musty and toilet did not work, this was a handicap room which we requested with 2 beds, only had one, so we ended up giving our original room 114 with 2 beds to the other family that needed 2 beds per our request as no other handicap rooms were available. Moved to Second room 317, cleaner but the toilet ran all night and the shower dripped constant as well. Hotel is fine for one night but if I had to stay longer I would not have.

I don’t know why this hotel has a high rating. It’s filthy and not clean at all! We even asked for our shower to be clean because it was moldy and had black skid marks on the bottom and it still stayed the same

Very friendly and comfortable place! Lovely, accommodating staff. The building itself is well-worn, but clean. A sign stated 100% smoke free; the hallway on our floor had a strong smoke-of-the-past smell, but our room was fresh in spite of the humid pre-storm April weather. Partner reported low water pressure in the shower; I observed the same with the sink, but the toilet functioned well. Moderate noise throughout the stay—mostly door sounds; I always ask for top floor, if available. Our new pup barked a bit at the unfamiliar noises, but her crate provided the comfort she needed and we slept soundly until I was awakened by door sounds at 4:30am; in went the ear plugs and I was in baby mode for another couple hours. I don’t travel without them! This area has lots of lodging; seems to be where traveling workers stay, which would account for the continuous activity—not a problem or a mark against the place, just not especially quiet and out-of-the-way. Overall great road trip stay on the way to our destination. Would recommend for a minimal-frills comfy stay. And you can make cute little waffles for breakfast!
