Entire staff was friendly; hotel was clean and smoking not allowed which was appreciated; room looked modern aside from a small TV and the bed was very comfortable. Only four stars overall largely because the free breakfast was dissatisfying with the only hot food being bland waffles. Also, the indoor pool was smaller than expected based on pictures, and if it had a heater, they kept it off; kids didn't seem to notice, though.

We were passing through and stopped to stay here. It is close to Mammoth Cave National Park which is where we were heading the next day. The hotel is clean and well maintained. Our room was also clean and didn't smell like many budget hotels. There is a small pool which my kids enjoyed.

We didn't stay at the sleep inn due to the elevator being down.. after being told we could have a free cancellation and rerouted to the Hampton we spent way more money for less of a room (not even a suite which is what we expected and requested) we still have yet to get our money back.. was told the manager had authorized the return of funds and everything.. Very disappointed and dissatisfied.. all we wanted was a comfortable and enjoyable family vacation but instead we get to deal with nonsense

The staff are amazing and our room very comfortable. Breakfast consisted of cereal or waffles, apples—not great—oranges, and strawberry/banana yogurt. Very limited in our view. And the people upstairs from us had a kid running around, both late at night and early in the morning. Pool is tiny

Perfect, exactly what we were looking for. For anyone with little kids, there is no tub in the bathroom, just an FYI, but the shower is a walk in and still worked out fine! Very clean facility and the breakfast was also very good. My 7 year old enjoyed making the waffles. Close to all the attractions in the area as well as fast food places to pick up something quick. The pool is small like most mentioned but very clean as well and we had no issues with multiple families swimming at once. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Beds were comfy. Breakfast was lame. But I slept like a baby.

We spent one night here after visiting Mammoth Cave. The hotel was decent. Our suite was spacious for our family of 5. The front desk help was nice and friendly. The only downside was the breakfast. There were zero protein options available. It was just waffle machine, breads/toast, and cereal. Would be nice to add another option. But other than that, it was a good stay.

This is a one star hotel. The staff were nice, but not always punctual. The 'fitness center' has 3 peices of cardio equipment in a tiny room. The 'pool' was the size of a large hot tub and unfit for even 2 families of children. It seems that the did the bare minimum possible to advertise an amenity. Like the single elevator that shook scarily and temporarily trapped my wife on it.

Everything was perfect. My only concern was the lack of breakfast options. Also, no complaints-but FYI, the pool is small and seems more suitable for kids than adults.

The hotel suited the needs of our family of 6. The beds were comfortable and clean. The elevator was a little rickety and the room above us was really loud both late at night and early in the morning...bit overall we enjoyed our stay.
