Best Western Campbellsville Inn

Our family went for a family wedding and stayed at this sight. From the first second front desk lady was extremely courteous. The entire hotel was spotless as was our room. The breakfast room was very clean and well stocked. It is our first trip to any motel with absolutely no complaints. Thank you for a great stay.

Our family really enjoyed the pool and hot tub! And close it was to downtown. Would definitely use this hotel again in the future!!

We were charged $30 more because of having visitors after midnight , which were my kids friends. Was debited after i checked out, without being advised. Attendant wasnt professional and ive stayed there plenty of times but never again.

This was a perfect location for our needs. Very friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful pool for the kids. We loved all the entrance doors close to each room. Great breakfast very family friendly. Everything was clean.

Our room smelled musky so we had to spray our room to smell fresh. Our kids room was separate and their room wasn’t clean. Bed Sheets and chair was dirty/ stained with fresh red blood on sheets. It was disgusting and disappointing that they would even offer that room us!!

There was a hundred kids there and the staff let them treat the hot tub as a pool. 11pm kids were screaming and rubbing down halls

I’m disabled so we stayed in a handicapped accessible room. The room was great with a couple exceptions. Cleanliness....... My grandkids made a game to see who could find the most stuff left by past travelers under the bed. Not acceptable. The second thing was that the coffee pot was put on a shelf that quite frankly I couldn’t reach. No one in a wheelchair could. Now to end on a high note. This is the first hotel to actually have a shower seat, and best of all one I could use during my stay. That alone quite frankly made up for everything else that might be making me anxious just washed away.

I ended up staying four nights and I thought they treated me very well. I needed to spare a couple hours and they allowed me to stay in the room until I was ready. I would recommend my family and friends to stay here as well as any other future guests reading this.

I had a pleasant visit with the desk clerk, but the key didn't work to my room -- the room was also next to a large, loud family, so I asked for another room, which they kindly obliged. Then my friend arrived -- the only room left was the suite, so he got it. We went to it and there was someone sleeping in the room. They promised to take care of that while we went to dinner. Came back and the man was gone but the couch was crumpled where he'd been. Everything in the room was in poor condition. Almost no furniture, and what was there didn't match. In the bedroom, all the furniture was on one side of the room. It was just a wreck -- absolutely not worth the $180.

The hotel was clean-ish. We had to move rooms due to our first room smelling like smoke. Our second room smelled mildewed, but the families we were with said their rooms did too, and it was better than smoke. The breakfast was ok, our kids enjoyed it. The beds were comfortable enough and the kids had a good time swimming after their tournament.
