Castle Rock Inn & Suites

This is probably one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at as a family! Our kiddos approved and said we should give an 8 star rating! The room felt, looked and smelled clean. The beds were very comfortable and the amount of space we had was perfect! We will stay here again and recommend it to any of our fellow travelers! The only down side was the eggs in the Continental breakfast, they were definitely boxed.

We were traveling as a family from a soccer tournament and found this gem after a long day. Front desk was friendly and attentive and the room was comfy and spotless!!! If we ever pass by again we will definitely be back!

Excellent stay. Traveled with 3 kids and it was very clean and accommodating. Front desk staff was very personable and friendly.

I wasn't informed about the lack of a elevator only after it was to late. Making 20 trips up and down stairs with a infant was not a great experience. My hips still hurt.

Hotel was clean and comfortable! The breakfast was hot and well stocked. Great stay for our family!

We were on a family vacation and had traveled through 6 states stayed in 5 different hotels and this one was by far the nicest.

Hotel was very cute and very hospitable. Wife is very picky and gave it two thumbs up.... We told family and friends able it and definitely will stop there again if in the area

I had been up since 330 am and drove all day through Kansas and stopped here hoping for a good night if sleep. I checked in with my wife and baby in the evening. It took us 30 minutes to get the baby to sleep and when we finally did, we fell asleep. At about 1130 pm someone checked in above us and began running around and stomping so loud it rattled the room. This noise continued and woke all of us up including our baby. I called the front desk and told them what happened and he responded with "I'll do my best." Well, his best resulted in the noise continuing until 1am. I ended up getting no sleep and I would have been better of sleeping in my car. I was fooled by the reviews and made a mistake staying here. I will never stay here again and would advise avoiding this hotel for their garbage customer service.

Wouldn't let me pay with Cash unless I gave them an extra $100 deposit. The toilet seat was broken and the flush mechanism didn't work properly. It was very clean (new building) but a little over priced. I'll probably stay again because I have family in the area and the only other hotel is known for criminal activity that happens there.

Night lady clerk was rude, but this place is a very clean place and definitely good for entire family.
