Pool was unexpectedly “closed for maintenance” on a Sunday of a holiday weekend. We booked this hotel for the ability to swim with family while in town. Also was charged an additional $70 without explanation.

Very disappointed when we entered room. Carpet and furniture were stained. Floors needed a good vacuum as there was a lot of dog hair present. Bathroom had a lot of curly hair all over floor and i had housekeeping come re-clean. Room was big enough for the family but will not be staying again.

My family really enjoyed the pool area. The breakfast was delicious and the areas were very clean and neat. The organization of the rooms was great with lots of high storage which is helpful with our small children.

Our kitchenette sink leaked under the sink. We asked to have it fixed and it was not looked at. Asked to have our trash picked up and that also was not done. Our bathroom door lock didn’t work properly and my child was stuck in there until we were able to fiddle with. Very disappointed.

We were traveling to help Army son move his family to Fort Leavenworth. It was very convenient to the entrance to Fort Leavenworth. My son will only be there a year but if we get to go back, we will choose to stay there again!

Room was spacious for a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids). Beds were comfy. Breakfast didn't offer very many options unless you like spicy breakfast sandwiches. The pool was on the small side and we had to wait to get towels but my kids enjoyed it. Overall it was good for a night. Try Bailey's Irish Pub not far from the hotel for dinner, really good food.

The staff was excellent. They saved my vacation. I booked a double queen originally and Hotels.com changed my room to a King studio. The staff accomodated my family. I will never use Hotels.com again for this mishap. This is the second trip Hotels.com has done this. I will book this hotel again directly or through another travel website. I definitely recommend but book through another site.
