Hilton Garden Inn Hays

Probably the best accommodation we've ever stayed in (our room was marvelous). The breakfast was excellent value! Only one comment was we could hear people walking overhead and kids outside in the corridor.... Otherwise absolutely stellar!

Very clean with extras! Great property and will stay here again. Didn’t get a chance to utilize the bar or grill due to closing time but looked really nice! Don’t know about the breakfast because we didn’t purchase that (our kids just love McDonald’s breakfast and there is right by the hotel), but the rooms were nice and the beds were incredibly comfortable which is always a trick!! Most are either way too firm or else no support but these were soft with just enough support. We slept great!

After many years of travelling and staying in numerous hotels, I WISH someone would educate hotel bathroom designers what is necessary for women to apply makeup - a magnifying mirror and lighting that lights up a woman's face so she can see in detail to apply make-up. Overhead lighting and lighting that comes out the side of the mirror are not appropriate!! I also would greatly appreciate soundproofing rooms - between rooms on one floor (bathroom sounds - showers and toilets, noise that penetrates between rooms) and between rooms on floors with rooms above and/or below another floor (especially for people who "stomp" when they walk or children running and jumping within a room).

Checkin was easy, room was clean and comfortable, plus having restaurant onsite for meals. Love the pet friendly vibe with water bowls and treats for our fur babies

We always stay at this Hilton when visiting family in Kansas. They are pet friendly, they have a nice bar, and the restaurant is open for breakfast and dinner. Will always come back here. ❤️

I live in the town it’s located. And I booked it and called them to let them know it was a pool party for my daughter’s birthday. They heater on the pool was out and the water was freezing. The kids could only swim for about 10 mins and their lips were turning blue so they pulled it. They said the heater had been out for a couple of weeks. In my opinion, a professional establishment would have called and let me know so that I could make other arrangements for my daughters birthday. It was very disappointing. The staff did the best they could in the moment

Great hotel for an overnight stop on the way to Denver! Easy location just off of I-70. Check in was a breeze. Rooms were spacious, especially for a family with small kids. Beds were very comfortable, and overall rooms were quiet despite being near the highway. Breakfast buffet could improve but it was convenient. Checkout was also quick and easy. There’s a Walmart nearby for needed trip supplies. Would definitely stay here again next time!

This is a gem, a rare find in the middle of Kansas right off I-70. Modern facility, family and pet friendly. 11 hours driving from Indianapolis, perfect to stay the night before you hit the Colorado ski resorts or continue your journey to the west.
