My family of 5 (2 adults, 3 teenagers) stayed for 2 nights. We appreciated the extra space on the sofa and two TVs in the room. The room was clean. Beds were comfortable and we didn’t hear any neighbors. Pool and hot tub area was a little messy but we swam at the end of the night so maybe earlier in the day would have been better - plenty of pool towels left though. Breakfast was average, a decent selection of hot and cold foods and different options each morning. Check in and out process was smooth. Front desk was very nice and attentive and gave us a few bottles of water when the dispenser in the lobby was empty. Great location, we would stay here again!

Check in was quick& easy.Lobby was clean &the employee was super kind. Our room was nice, spacious &clean. We got settled in, left to go swimming right away &were there til it closed at 11.Went to go to bed &there was a rattling/vibration sound that was very prevalent coming from the bathroom wall area that we didn’t notice til the air conditioner & TV were off. It drove me nuts as well as my family &we could not sleep. I called the front desk & asked them if we could please switch rooms. She said it was probably another rooms fan so I waited a bit. It stopped for a couple mins &started again, continued never stopping. We were able to switch rooms thankfully. The next room we moved to was spacious & clean. However, this time there was a dog next door that would bark every so often, & the air conditioner wasn’t working correctly. The first room had a digital AC where I could set the temp, the second room had a turn switch AC. I had it turned to the coldest setting on high & it would run for 5 mins & shut off for about 2 hours. I told them, they said it would be fixed when I returned or we’d change rooms again. We got back, it wasn’t fixed. The overnight desk lady is grumpy & not friendly, said she’d send a fan, never did. The pool looks NOTHING like the photos, needs upgrading, water was cloudy. Breakfast was a nightmare. They ran out of food 40 mins before closing hours &refused to make more food or put anything else out. Not even cereal. Ridiculous. Vanessa was very helpful

Nice hotel. Room was comfortable. Had other family members at this hotel as well for a nearby family wedding.

Judy was amazing and made my family feel comfortable. She was such a gracious receptionist and took great care of us.

Called yesterday for a last minute booking, was driving with my 3 little boys after a long road trip. Figured we could kill some energy in the morning in the pool, lady at the front told me about the pool and free breakfast…. Got there at midnight for check in. Hotel front is under renovation… was awoken at six am from a loud tree cutting company right outside our window waking all my three children, it was so loud we could barley hear each other, grabbed breakfast which wasn’t great, not a lot of options…. And then thought we’ll maybe we should go enjoy the pool before we drive 8 hours home, but to my surprise the pool was “under maintenance” and closed…… front desk was rude when I told them about our stay at checkout. I will never come back to this hotel. 0 stars if I could. Don’t waste your money. Wish they could’ve communicated with me when I called the day prior about the renovation, tree cutting company being there right by our room and their broken pool. If they would’ve told me that I wouldn’t have wasted my money on this hotel.

Called ahead before booking to check if they have crib available, was told that they do, booked a room and was told that they gave away all the cribs to other guests and no more left. Tried to cancel the booking and was denied. So just ended up wasting the money for the night in hotel where I didn’t even stay. Lady from the front desk over the phone didn’t seem to care about the whole situation. I was frustrated with a screaming baby driving in a middle of storm and trying to look for the other hotel..

There were a lot of kids at pool volleyball tournament nearby. The hot tub was not hot warm but not hot. Breakfast was ok very limited choice for cereal just corn flakes or special k flakes rest of breakfast good. I would probably not stay here again.

Tv and several lights did not work did not work in the room, staff came to attempt to fix however not able to repair or replace, they offered to switch our room but it was after 9:30pm and we had our kids settled in for the night

My family liked that is close to where we had to go for the family activities.

The suite room itself was nice. The size of the suite with the extra seating area and two TV's were awesome for our family! However, I think this hotel is older and although it has been updated there seems to be some overlying maintenance issues, especially with the roof/ ceilings. There were lots of patches in the ceiling and black plastic covering some ceiling in main areas of the hotel. The most disappointing and most important were the beds...they were so broken down. I mean both beds in our double queen suite had these 'sink holes' in the middle. They definitely need new mattresses. All the carpets looked like they could use a good deep clean. The dim lighting in the hallways didn't help. They need to re-lamp with brighter LED lights. We were also excited for the breakfast...however my husband went down early and they had croissant sandwiches. But by 8:00 am all the breakfast was gone and the staff said that they ran out. My son ate the packaged oatmeal. So we had to get our own breakfast somewhere else since we had a long drive ahead of us. Our kids enjoyed the pool as it was working along with the hot tub. I gave a medium rating for the grounds because there were a few trees in the parking area of the hotel that should be removed. The dead branches were hanging over quit a few parking spots so people were not parking there because they didn't want to scratch their vehicles. If this hotel could handle some of the maintenance issues it has potential for a better rating.
