This hotel is starting to show some wear and tear. The door had a noticeable gap along the edge and bottom and we could hear quite a bit of noise (just normal volume voices and walking around) from the hallway and from above. The shower pump was out of body wash and the shampoo was very hard to get out. In the morning, all 5 decanters were out of coffee and there was almost no hot food left on the buffet. After a few minutes of looking/waiting, I didn't see an employee to restock anything, so we just took off. This might be a fun place for families, with a nice looking pool (we didn't have time to use it) and back courtyard area. I did notice that kids can get fish food from the desk for a pond in back and thought that was cool.

The chlorine was so strong, it burnt our eyes just walking in. My family was coughing the whole time while swimming. My brother had an ant trap left in his room. When we went to eat the breakfast, the milk was outdated and curdled. Breakfast itself was not that great.

This is probably one of the worse stays I’ve ever had in a hotel. It’s sad when you pay top dollar for a hotel and it’s dirtier and more unfriendly than the $60 motels. The first room they gave us the door lock wasn’t working and needed reprogramming ( and that didn’t even fix it ) and one of the two beds that were in the room was literally clumpy. I had to pay and upgrade my room just to get something “ decent”. The next room we got was supposed to be an “upgraded “ room and it had one of those fancy massage chairs ( which was broke the remote was cracked on the screen and would only do 1 function) and in the foot of the chair it was so caked in dirt that I almost mistook it for bugs. I spent the first night there with internet issues the internet didn’t work until 1am, and I was told by the front desk that “ they aren’t maintenance or IT and I would have to wait til the following day. The front desk staff actually all the staff there except Tiffany and the maintenance man I think his name was Alex, were super unfriendly and acted totally inconvenienced anytime a question was asked. Finally I needed toilet paper towels and some extra bedding cause the kiddos were staying over and not only did I have to go downstairs to retrieve them I was told “ can’t you wait here for them and “do I have to bring them to you” and to come down for them. They have an issue helping their guest and answering the phone when we try to call from the room. I felt like a burden in this hotel.

We love the the amenities with a bar just outside the lobby, the courtyard, indoor outdoor pool and the all around feel. We are a large family so we will continue booking here.

The room itself was spacious. The bed was comfortable. The heat/air conditioning was so loud that I couldn’t run it while trying to sleep. My key needed reset every night of my three nights which was annoying- it wasn’t near any other cards as I kept it in a different spot in my purse. It’s a nice hotel, would be great for families. Breakfast was typical hotel food.
