Pool over run by children around age 10 or less. No adult supervision! Front desk notified and action was to say they will contact manager. Violation of their own pool rules. Hotel guests last on list of use of pool. Same children yelling in halls and running around. No parking available and policed prior to going near the hotel. Poor planning on hotels part. Very rude security . Hotel guests were last on the list of parking. Loud guests from wedding after midnight. Again against hotels own rules. Only sell medium sized drinks at Starbucks in the hotel. No size larger. Hotel check in staff very rude. EXCEPT the lady on day shift whose name starts with A.

They were absolutely amazing, it was super clean. The only thing that could've made it better was not being below someone with children. They were very helpful & respectful of my service animal. The location is quite ideal & we will be staying here again.
