Look elsewhere. This was an absolutely disgusting hotel. Stains everywhere. Curtains, hallway carpet, couch, chairs all had something on them. Giant red stain in the hallway carpet. The desk chair was greasy. The blue couch in both rooms had stains on them. The curtains in both rooms had something on them, one had something red when there's no red paint anywhere in the room. AC filters were not clean. The complimentary soap containers were greasy. We took wet wipes to the place. There were several trucks outside. The swimming pool lights were off and when we entered it, some lady in the hot tub acted as if she was caught in the act of doing something inappropriate. She turned towards us and froze waiting to see what we were going to do. We turned the light back off and left. Check in took longer than expected as the lady kept going back and forth between each computer. Someone else's name was on the screen that I was supposed to sign. If it wasn't so late and if I didn't have family with me, I'd have slept in my car. This was a gross hotel. For reserving two suites, it certainly wasn't what I expected the stay to be like. As I said at the beginning, look elsewhere.

We enjoyed our clean, quiet room and the hot breakfast. It is an easy place for us off of I380 and close to our family.

breakfast was awesome. room was not cleaned right. cloths left in drawer from previous stay. plays a small plant was left in window sill was made by a child for a mother. hand prints on pot etc . when i opened curtain fell on floor dirt went everywhere. when i told the front desk he made excuses z “pot must have been small” no it was not. no apology. told about cloths in drawer made more excuses

Great value for the price. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Lots of charging stations which was nice for our family wanting to charge phones/tablets prior to flying. Hot breakfast was decent. I’d stay again if flying out of Cedar Rapids airport.

We have stayed at this property several times a year. We always found the staff to be pleasant. The reason we chose this property over others is that we could leave our car there for free and take the shuttle to and from the airport. In fact we just did that again this past February. I always confirm that we can leave our vehicle for free and it has never been a problem. This time was different, we were told that we would be charged for leaving the vehicle there. Also, we rented two rooms and in one the TV did not work. The occupant of that room went to the desk to tell them it didn't work. He was told they couldn't help him and he needed to call from his room for assistance. He did that and it still did not work. He went back to the desk and was told to try again. He did and thru the call could still not get it to work. He went back to the desk and this time a tech was sent to his room and got it working. My husband and I were in the common area and the staff person came to me and said that if the person in the room with the non working TV came down one more time she was going to kick him out. The tech who came to the room got the TV to work and was very pleasant. Based on this experience we will have a difficult time staying here again. In the past I have told family and friends about the great shuttle service and free parking. We were extremely disappointed.

Good price and exactly what a family needs in a stay.

I wouldn’t recommend nor stay here again. For the cost the room was not clean and evening staff couldn’t even provide proper bedding for the pull out sofa bed our kids had to sleep in. We asked for blankets and pillows and we’re informed they didn’t have any. Or sheets for the bare mattress. After finally receiving two pillows we were handed mattress covers for our kids to use as blankets. Not thrilled nor impressed. Payed less for a nicer, cleaner, friendly and helpful hotel.

The staff are friendly, accommodating, go above and beyond. My flight was cancelled because of a blizzard. They tolerated my many frantic calls, They came for me at the airport late at night. I felt safe and welcome in a very stressful situation. They were kind to others and treated those who had been stranded several days like family.
