Overall the property was very nice and clean. But the rooms are very small. Breakfast options were ok. Need to have more options for kids other than cereal (waffle maker, scrambled eggs, etc)

Hotel was very modern. Rooms were very nice and very clean. No carpet on the floors in the room, so that was different then most hotels that I've stayed in. Room had a mini fridge. Would have loved a microwave, but there was one in the lobby. Coffee, tea, and hot chocolate were available in the lobby 24/7. Breakfast was all pre-made, so it wasn't my favorite. Coffee machine had beans at the top and ground them right before they "roasted" them into coffee. It was decent. Pool was a bit cold as my youngest was shivering. But it was clean and the kids had fun.

The young lady with curley hair working last evening was so friendly and amazing. My kid had a birthday and she was so accommodating and happy.

I booked this hotel for my family and I because it looked like one of the newest and cleanest in the area. Staff were friendly and the place appeared to be clean. I was taking a crap before getting in the shower and I saw 3 bugs scatter from the shower drain . I was sure they were roaches and smashed them and flushed them down the toilet . Then out of nowhere another one scurry’s from the drain so I grab it in toilet paper and took it to the front desk. The gal at the desk did a google search of the smashed bug and said there’s now way it was a roach. Stay at your own risk. I will never stay there again.

Great weekend getaway with the family. This is my second stay at the Avid Hotel and I would definitely stay again. Hotel is new and very well maintained. Free on-site parking. Rooms and bathrooms are clean and comfortable. Nice indoor pool. Checking in and out is a breeze with no waiting at all. Staff is friendly, personable, and helpful. Hotel is conveniently located.

Exceeded our expectations! Clearly there is a culture of CLEAN at Avid! The rooms feel ‘no frills’ but are everything you need, and everything was noticeably cleaner than anywhere I’ve ever stayed. Breakfast options were great for the family. Egg white omelettes were better than I would have imagined! One improvement request… the rooms were cool, but needs a dehumidifier! Even the cold air felt sticky.. so humid the notepad on the desk felt damp! Thanks for a great stay.
