Best Western Plus Longbranch Hotel & Convention Center

First I want to say I give a lot of grace and rarely ever complain. We stay at many different hotels for kids travel sports. I know it’s a you get what you pay for, but this was priced higher than it should be. The pictures are a lot nicer than the actual property. The vibe of the hotel is straight out of the American Horror Story. My kids didn’t feel comfortable. We didn’t feel the safest there are apartments right next door and there were a couple instances of cops. The skywalk to the pool smells terribly of mold. The room we stayed in was okay, very outdated. The bathroom had a strong urine stench, mirrors had finger prints, and the tray with soap had hair. The heating/ac unit in the room didn’t seem to work appropriately we had it set to 63 and it never got very cool. The ventilation is poor. Both of my kids woke up stuffy/runny noses. The breakfast is meh. We made waffles and they had black spots in them that looked like the cast iron or the waffle maker was flaking off. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel or stay here again. I will say the check in process was smooth and the front desk lady was very friendly.

An enjoyable place for family!

This hotel was nice and up to date. I stayed with 2 young kids and not once was I worried about the area of the location of the hotel. It did stink having to walk a whole building to get to the pool and breakfast area but we had an absolute blast and the beds were comfy. Bathroom was a tad small.

This place is so unique. Decent rooms recently remodeled, beds are a bit hard for my taste but to each his own. Love the atmosphere of the place though. Atrium is neat, warm pool, nice big hot tub and sauna! Amazing breakfast with really good bacon!! Great for families with kids.

This property is very convenient for us as it happens to be close to our 3 children's families.

Came to visit family and stayed at the Best Western hotel. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the room was nice. I especially liked that there was a Bible in our room. Thank you B.W. for providing that. Getting to the breakfast bar is a bit of a maze to get to from end of the motel to the other end. I noticed the “sky walk” needed a good cleaning, especially the windows, other than that, it was a nice stay.

This bestwestern has a lot to offer! The fitness center is bigest I have ever seen at a hotel ! They even had classes like spinning - we one joined for free! The pool area is nice too you can which the kids through a glass wall in the atruim area and not have all the pool noise. We had dinner at their restaurant which was themed in the old west. The prime rib and bbq ribs where great and the kids enjoyed thier pizza. Over all this bestwestern was a lot of fun for the family.
